Returns & Exchange:

  • Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns and exchanges on physical crochet and custom items unless there is a defect.
  • Returns/exchanges are not guaranteed and will be assessed on a case by case basis.

Defective or Damaged Items:

  • If your item is defective or damaged during shipping, please contact us at kels.studio@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt with your order number, details of defective/damaged item & photos of the issue.
  • We will provide a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, if the item is defective.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Cancellation:

  • Cancellation can be made within 24 hours. Contact us immediately via email.
  • Please ensure that all details are correct before submitting your order. Once your order is confirmed, we begin processing immediately after the 24 hour period and can no longer cancel or modify it.
